Personal Resolutions

In Our Story, we mentioned founding Poverty Resolutions as a response to our visit to Haiti after the 2010 earthquake. We’d like to invite you to make your own Personal Resolution to help fight global poverty and partner with us on current projects in Haiti.

A Personal Resolution is our version of a child’s neighborhood lemonade stand or other recognizable personal charitable effort. Your resolution can be whatever you’d like it to be—running races, bake sales, yard sales, etc.—all in the name of fighting poverty and supporting Poverty Resolutions with funds going directly to our current projects or where needed the most.

By walking through a simple, step-by-step process, your Personal Resolution will have an online home on our website for your fundraising period, including a photo or video, resolution description, online donation tracking and auto-generated “thank you” emails sent in response to every online donation. You are able to send your Personal Resolution link to your own network of support and direct them to our secure online donation process.
